"I give, devise, and bequeath to MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC., a Mississippi nonprofit corporation, (% of estate, $ amount, or clearly identifying description of specific property) for its unrestricted use."

Outright bequest to establish an endowment fund with income to be restricted:

Contingent bequest:

"I give, devise, and bequeath to (named beneficiary) (% of estate, $ amount, or clearly identifying description of specific property ) , but if he (she) does not survive me, then I give, devise, and bequeath such property to MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC., a Mississippi nonprofit corporation, (state one of the following:) for its unrestricted use (OR) to be used as specified in a separate Charitable Gift Agreement on file with Mississippi State University Foundation, Inc. Codicil to Last Will and Testament:
